If you haven't received your purchase after 1 Hour, please contact an Admin via our discord server.

Unfortunately all purchases are final and just because you have been banned wouldn't entitle you to a refund as in this case you would have broken one or more of our rules causing you to recieve a temp/perm ban, You can appeal this via our discord, however, if unsucessful this still wouldn't grant you a refund as all sales are final.
